2 teenagers 'wheelie' motorbike on the street, even fined parents
The police have just fined two teenagers over 5 million VND for driving a motorbike while underage, doing a wheelie, and not wearing a helmet. The parents of the young men driving the motorbike were also fined.
On November 28, Thach That District Police (Hanoi) said they had summoned two teenagers to the headquarters to work on traffic violations.

Previously, the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police received a report from the people about two teenage boys driving a motorbike with license plate 29L-462.XX on Provincial Road 419 through Binh Phu Commune doing a "wheelie" and not wearing a helmet.
Conducting verification, Thach That District Police clarified that the driver in the clip was Phung Huy H. (born 2006) and the person sitting behind was Phan Lac T. (born 2006, in Huu Bang commune, Thach That district).
Working with the police, both admitted their violations. Thach That District Police issued an administrative violation fine of 5.325 million VND to these two teenagers.
In addition, the police also fined the father of teenager Phung Huy H. for giving the car to a minor, with a fine of 1.4 million VND.
