Two teenagers perform wheelies on motorbikes on the road, even fining their parents.
The police have just fined two teenagers over 5 million VND for driving motorcycles while underage, performing wheelies, and not wearing helmets. The parents of the teenagers driving the motorcycles were also fined.
On November 28th, the Thach That District Police (Hanoi) announced that they had summoned two teenagers to the station for questioning regarding traffic violations.

Previously, the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police received complaints from residents about two teenage boys riding a motorcycle with license plate 29L-462.XX on Provincial Road 419 in Binh Phu commune, performing wheelies and not wearing helmets.
Upon verification, the Thach That District Police clarified that the driver in the video was Phung Huy H. (born in 2006) and the passenger was Phan Lac T. (born in 2006, residing in Huu Bang commune, Thach That district).
Working with the police, both admitted to the violation. The Thach That District Police issued an administrative violation report against the two teenagers, totaling 5.325 million VND.
In addition, the police also fined the father of the teenager Phung Huy H. for handing over the vehicle to an underage person, with a penalty of 1.4 million VND.
