Dr. Vu noted that there are many medicinal remedies, both Eastern and Western, derived from lotus, but how and in what dosage to use lotus depends on the purpose—whether for beauty, disease prevention and treatment, or consumption—and on individual needs and health. It is advisable to consult a specialist for appropriate use.
