29 teachers were awarded the 'Education Talent Development Fund' award

This is a meaningful activity to celebrate the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20, to honor and commend outstanding individuals of the Nghe An Education and Training sector. At the same time, it is an opportunity to express gratitude and honor teachers who have devoted their whole heart to the cause of "cultivating people".

Previously, since 1994, the Executive Committee of Nghe An Education Trade Union launched a campaign for the entire construction industry.“Educational Talent Development Fund”from the contributions of union members, with an initial capital of 89 million VND and organized to award once every 2 years. After more than 30 years of formation and development, the "Nghe An Education Talent Development Fund" has become a tradition of the Education sector of Nghe An province. Up to now, the Fund has had 19 awards and honored 281 outstanding individuals.

In 2025, the award was presented to 29 outstanding teachers, representing more than 55,000 managers, teachers and staff in the whole industry, who are typical of the Emulation Movement in the past 5 years (from the 2020-2021 school year to 2024-2025). The teachers, although each comes from different hometowns, many levels of education, many positions, all have good moral qualities, are dedicated to their profession, love their students, are good at their profession, have solid skills, and always strive to contribute to the cause of education.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Vo Van Mai expressed his deep gratitude to teachers, educational administrators and all officers and employees of the education sector for their continuous efforts, contributing to the high results in the past time.

The dedication, passion and perseverance of teachers have helped the education sector overcome many difficulties, carry out the glorious mission of "growing people", and make great contributions to the development of the province.

Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An, Vo Van Mai, also commented that the education sector is currently facing opportunities and challenges to create a breakthrough in the spirit of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated July 10, 2025 of the Politburo. In particular, Nghe An must become a high-quality education center of the North Central region. In response to that requirement, in the coming time, the entire sector needs to innovate educational thinking and methods, aiming to develop learners' qualities and capacities; strongly apply digital technology, digital transformation in management and teaching; build a team of teachers with the capacity to integrate, be creative and humane.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training also noted that for educational talents, each teacher is not only the pride of the industry but also carries a great responsibility, being the nucleus spreading the spirit of innovation and creativity in management and teaching. Therefore, teachers need to be pioneers in digital transformation of education, using technology to improve the quality of teaching and above all, be the ones to preserve the professional ethics, courage and personality of Vietnamese teachers - core values ​​that society always honors.
