290 students attended training on Nghe Tinh folk songs
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 21, the Center for Preservation and Promotion of Nghe An Folk Songs and the Provincial Cultural Center held the opening ceremony of the 2015 Nghe Tinh Vi and Giam folk song training course, attracting 290 students from 15 districts and cities to participate.

The 5-day training course aims to help club members grasp the basics of original melodies, adapted melodies, and performance forms; impart some content related to methods of building folk song programs, teaching singing melodies; procedures for establishing and organizing club activities and experience in writing new lyrics for Nghe Tinh Vi, Giam and Ho melodies....

This is one of the activities to promote the cultural heritage value of Nghe Tinh Vi and Giam folk songs closer to the people, preparing well for the Nghe Tinh Vi and Giam Folk Song Festival in 2016 and the following years.
