A mother and her two children were hit by a car on their way to school.

While taking her child to school, Ms. Tuyen's motorbike was hit by a Lacetti car. The mother and her daughter are in critical condition, while the 3-year-old boy died.

The accident occurred at 1:30 PM on March 21st on National Highway 1A in Cam Trung commune (Cam Xuyen district, Ha Tinh province). The victims were initially identified as Ms. Truong Thi Tuyen (37 years old, residing in Cam Trung commune) and her two young children, Hoang Van Vu (3 years old) and Hoang Thi Phuong Uyen (10 years old).

At that time, Ms. Tuyen was driving a motorbike with a Ha Tinh license plate, carrying her two children to school. As she passed through the section of road in Hamlet 10, Cam Trung Commune, on her way to Cam Trung Primary School, she was suddenly hit by a Lacetti car with license plate 38H, driven by Hoang Dinh Hai (30 years old, residing in Ky Dong Commune, Ky Anh District), traveling from South to North.

The powerful collision resulted in Vu's immediate death. Ms. Tuyen and her daughter sustained serious injuries and were taken by local residents to Ha Tinh General Hospital for emergency treatment.

At the scene, the motorbike was dragged for about 30 meters, completely deformed, with its front end shattered. The car's right front end was damaged, and many fragments from both vehicles, along with oil slicks and blood stains, were scattered on the road.

Upon receiving the report, authorities arrived at the scene to direct traffic and investigate the cause of the incident. Police then called a tow truck to remove the severely damaged vehicle and clear the scene.
