Three women have been charged with assaulting and stripping a spa owner in a jealous rage.
Police believe this was an organized act of revenge, in which three women stripped the spa owner naked and poured an entire can of fish sauce on her.
On June 21, Thanh Hoa City Police initiated criminal proceedings against Nguyen Thi Hoa (42 years old), Nguyen Thuy Linh (26 years old), and Pham Thi Thuy Dung (27 years old) for the crime of humiliating another person, due to their involvement in a jealous attack.on Cao Thang Street.
The investigating agency will continue to clarify the signs of legal violations by a number of individuals involved.

Late on June 12th, images circulated on social media showing a girl being ambushed by a group of women. After being stripped of her clothes, she was then doused with fish sauce and chili powder. Many passersby witnessed the incident but no one intervened.
The 28-year-old victim, who owns a spa, subsequently filed a complaint with the investigating authorities. In her complaint, she stated that at approximately 8:30 PM on June 12th, she was leaving a hair salon on Cao Thang Street and was pushing her electric bicycle when she was attacked.While being beaten and humiliated, she realized there were three women residing in Thanh Hoa city.

The victim denies having an "extramarital affair" and being attacked out of jealousy. She suspects the motive for the attack was business rivalry and damage to her reputation.
However, investigators say they have obtained romantic messages exchanged between the victim and a married man, leading them to initially determine this to be an organized act of revenge.
