Meanwhile, sleeping while drunk and hungry puts you at risk of hypoglycemia, which can easily lead to death or brain damage.

Advice:Eat well before, during and immediately after drinking, especially starchy foods (rice, noodles, pasta, etc.), or foods high in sugar will help "coat the intestines", limiting this risk from alcohol.

In Vietnam, to avoid harmful effects of alcohol on the body, men should not drink more than 20 grams/day, and women should not drink more than 10 grams/day. Accordingly, women should not drink more than 250ml of 5% beer, 30ml of 39.9% alcohol; men should not drink more than 500ml of 5% beer, 60ml of 39.9% alcohol.
