3 orphans received 60 million VND from readers and benefactors

On November 26, a volunteer group living in Vinh city and Buddhist monks and nuns from Pho Mon pagoda visited, encouraged and gave 7.7 million VND to support 3 orphans in Tan Huong village, Yen Khe commune, Con Cuong as reported by Nghe An Newspaper.
This money was donated by philanthropists living in Vinh and Buddhist monks and nuns of Pho Mon Pagoda. In addition, the delegation also gave some items such as clothes, books, milk, necessities, etc. to the 3 children.

As reported, 3 sisters: Vi Van Sinh (14 years old), Vi Thi Linh (10 years old) and Kha Hai Dang (13 months old - half-sister) in Tan Huong village, Yen Khe commune (Con Cuong) have just fallen into a lonely situation when their mother - Kha Thi Kim passed away last November due to glomerulonephritis. Their father also left home nearly 10 years ago. Due to poverty, the children have to rely on their grandmother who is over 60 years old this year.
After the newspaper published, many readers visited and gave gifts to support the 3 children. Up to now, the amount of money the children have received from benefactors is 60 million VND.
