Seriously absorb and creatively apply skills in mass mobilization work.
In his opening remarks at the conference, Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Mass Mobilization Work - affirmed that in all periods of the revolution, our Party has always considered mass mobilization work as a strategic task and a responsibility of the entire political system; in which the mass mobilization work of the Party, the mass mobilization work of the government, and state agencies holds a paramount position.

The head of the provincial government's steering committee for mass mobilization work also highlighted the innovative efforts and contributions of mass mobilization work and the team of cadres working in mass mobilization within the political system at all levels in the province over the past period, which have contributed to promoting the strength of the great national unity and building people's trust in the Party.
The patriotic emulation movement, linked with promoting people's democracy, has given rise to many exemplary models of "effective mass mobilization," especially in economic development, infrastructure construction, new rural development, civilized urban development, and a healthy cultural environment. This has made a significant contribution to Party and government building, and strengthened the close relationship between the Party, the State, and the people.

Frankly pointing out some limitations in current mass mobilization work, Comrade Le Hong Vinh emphasized: Organizing a training conference on mass mobilization work aims to improve the knowledge and skills of cadres in the political system, especially those involved in government mass mobilization, in conjunction with Party building in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, and personnel. This will contribute to consolidating the people's trust in the Party, strengthening national unity, and reinforcing the close relationship between the Party and the people.
Mass mobilization work also aims to gather and mobilize the people to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; to unleash the immense strength of the people, creating a broad revolutionary movement to build and defend the Fatherland.

The training organizers requested that the conference participants fully absorb the content presented in order to apply and creatively implement it in their practical activities, thereby achieving high effectiveness in mass mobilization work.
