300 people in Quy Hop received free medical examinations and medication.
(Baonghean.vn) - In the spirit of mutual support and compassion, on January 17th, Vinh City General Hospital, in coordination with the Organization Department of the Nghe An Provincial Police, organized the "Charity Program for the Poor during Tet 2021" in Lien Hop commune, Quy Hop district.
Sharing the difficulties with people in remote areas, the organizers presented 60 gift packages to families with particularly difficult circumstances in Lien Hop commune on this occasion.

As part of the "Tet Charity Program for the Poor," 30 doctors, nurses, and medical staff from Vinh City General Hospital directly screened and detected illnesses for 300 people in the remote areas of Lien Hop commune.
With modern and comprehensive equipment such as ultrasound machines, ear, nose, and throat endoscopes, and electrocardiogram machines brought to the program by volunteers, the local people received general internal medicine examinations, surgical examinations, musculoskeletal examinations, eye examinations, ear, nose, and throat endoscopy, dental and maxillofacial examinations, and blood sugar tests. This allowed for early detection of diseases and timely treatment. At the same time, doctors and medical staff provided free medicine and advice on how to care for and maintain the health of the people during the cold season.
