300 people in Quy Hop received free medical examination and medicine
(Baonghean.vn) - In the spirit of mutual love and support, on January 17, Vinh General Hospital coordinated with the Organization Department, Nghe An Provincial Police to organize the program "Tet Charity for the Poor 2021" in Lien Hop commune, Quy Hop district.
Sharing the difficulties with people in remote areas, on this occasion, the organizing committee presented 60 gifts to households in especially difficult circumstances in Lien Hop commune.

Within the framework of the program "Tet Charity for the Poor", 30 doctors and medical staff of Vinh City General Hospital directly examined, screened and detected diseases for 300 people in remote areas of Lien Hop commune.
With modern, synchronous equipment such as: Ultrasound machine, ear, nose, throat endoscope, electrocardiograph... that volunteers brought to the program, people were examined for general internal medicine, surgery, muscle, bone, joint, eye examination, ear, nose, throat endoscopy, maxillofacial, eye, blood sugar test...; thereby, early detection of diseases and timely treatment solutions. At the same time, doctors and nurses also provided free medicine and advice on how to care for and ensure health for people in the cold season.
