31 players who participated in the Nghe An Newspaper Cup were selected to join Song Lam Nghe An.
Of the 25 young players selected for Song Lam Nghe An, 20 had previously participated in the Nghe An Newspaper Cup in 2024. In addition, 11 of the youth players who participated in this year's Nghe An Newspaper Cup have also been signed by the club to supplement their U12 team.
Following the 2024 Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth Football Tournament, Song Lam Nghe An selected 30 U12 players for a tryout. After five days of testing, the Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center selected 11 players to add to the Song Lam Nghe An U12 team.
Alongside recruiting new personnel for the U12 team, the center is also purging some players from the team who have not met the professional and physical requirements. After reorganizing the team, U12 Song Lam Nghe An will begin training to prepare for the 2025 National Youth Tournament.

Besides recruiting additional players for the U12 team, the Song Lam Nghe An Youth Football Training Center also held a selection process to form the U10 class. After the assessment, 20 young players who participated in the Nghe An Newspaper Cup in 2024 were selected and signed contracts with the center.
In addition, the youth football academy also selected 5 more players with outstanding potential from local areas who did not participate in the Newspaper Cup. Thus, the U10 Song Lam Nghe An team was formed with 25 players, of which 20 players had matured from the Nghe An Newspaper Cup in 2024.
