- Decree 155/2024/ND-CP stipulates administrative penalties for violations in the field of meteorology and hydrology. It takes effect from February 1, 2025.

- Decree 159/2024/ND-CP amends Decree 01/2019/ND-CP on Forest Rangers and Specialized Forces for Forest Protection. Effective from February 2, 2025.

- Decree 164/2024/ND-CP regulates the organization and operation of the People's Public Security Inspectorate. It takes effect from February 10, 2025.

- Decree 173/2024/ND-CP repeals part of Decree 59/2006/ND-CP guiding the Law on Commerce regarding goods and services prohibited from business, restricted business, and conditional business; and repeals Decree 43/2009/ND-CP amending the List of goods and services prohibited from business of Decree 59/2006/ND-CP guiding the implementation of the Law on Commerce regarding goods and services prohibited from business, restricted business, and conditional business. Effective from February 15, 2025.

- Decree 174/2024/ND-CP stipulates administrative penalties for violations in the insurance business sector. Effective from February 15th.

- Circular 13/2024/TT-BNV amends Circular 18/2014/TT-BNV, which regulates the confirmation of the unit designations of established and operating Youth Volunteer units from various periods, for Youth Volunteer units whose unit designations have not yet been determined. This circular will be effective from February 1, 2025.

- Circular 13/2024/TT-BLDTBXH amends Circular 26/2018/TT-BLDTBXH regulating the quality management of products and goods that may pose safety risks under the State management responsibility of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. Effective from February 1, 2025.

- Circular 23/2024/TT-BGTVT on the National Technical Standard for Classification and Technical Supervision of Floating Storage Facilities. Effective from February 1, 2025.

- Circular 24/2024/TT-BGTVT: National technical standards on classification and technical supervision of mobile offshore platforms. Effective from February 1, 2025.

Effective from February 9, 2025.

- Circular 87/2024/TT-BTC completely repeals Circular 212/2015/TT-BTC guiding corporate income tax policy for environmental protection activities as stipulated in Decree 19/2015/ND-CP guiding the Law on Environmental Protection. Effective from February 10, 2025.

- Circular 42/2024/TT-BYT stipulates the procedures, required documents, forms, time limits, personnel, and archiving of forensic examination records. It will be implemented from February 10, 2025.
