(Baonghean.vn) - On August 17, the Investigation Police Department of Nghe An Province announced that it had coordinated with the People's Procuracy of Nghe An Province to serve decisions and execute arrest and search warrants against four defendants to facilitate the investigation into the crime of "Abusing position and power while performing official duties" as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 356 of the Penal Code.
