4 Thai soccer players rescued, operation suspended due to lack of oxygen

He said they were in good health and that today was the most favorable day to carry out the rescue mission. The next operation would begin in about 10 to 20 hours as rescuers prepared equipment.

A helicopter was carrying the third boy to Chiang Rai Prachanukroh Hospital. At around 8:40 p.m., another helicopter landed at the airport near Prachanukroh Hospital.

President Trump concerned about Thai soccer team rescue

President Donald Trump wrote on his personal Twitter that the US government is coordinating closely with Thailand in the operation to rescue the young soccer team from the cave.

“(They are) very brave and talented people,” Mr. Trump wrote.
