Regular plain water can be a great addition to your detox plan if you add a few slices of strawberries and kiwi. Remember to refrigerate the water for a few hours to let it soak in. Apple and cinnamon water

Cucumber and apple water is not only delicious but also great for weight loss and detoxification. It also helps boost metabolism. Just add a few thin apple slices, a few drops of lemon and a cinnamon stick to your daily glass of water.

Then put the glass of water in the refrigerator to soak for a few hours. The apple is rich in fiber, the lemon has skin-cleansing properties and the cinnamon helps curb appetite.

Ginger is a natural pain reliever and adding it to your daily water intake can be a great detoxifier. A mixture of water, lemon juice and a few slices of fresh ginger makes a great morning drink. Not only does it help relieve pain throughout the day, but it also flushes out toxins from your body.
