Four young men escaped a COVID-19 checkpoint.
(Baonghean.vn) - Upon hearing that someone in the area they visited had contact with a community-acquired Covid-19 case, four young men evaded health declarations and climbed mountains to avoid checkpoints.
On the morning of July 16th, the leaders of Bao Thang commune police (Ky Son district) announced that they are compiling dossiers to take strict action against four citizens who violated regulations on COVID-19 prevention and control.
Four citizens, including LVX (born 2005), XVH (born 2000), MVT (born 2003), and MVĐ (born 2003), all residing in Ca Da village, Bao Thang commune, went to the house of Ms. Cut Thi Xoa in Tat Thoong village, Chieu Luu commune (Ky Son district) at around 4 PM on July 12th to visit and have dinner. On July 14th, all four went to Xieng Thu village, Chieu Luu commune to buy gasoline, then returned to Ms. Xoa's house.

Upon learning that there was a close contact (F1) of a positive case in Cham Puong village, Luong Minh commune (Tuong Duong district) in Tat Thoong village, Chieu Luu commune, the volunteer persuaded three people to flee home without making a health declaration or taking any preventative measures.
At 5 a.m. on July 15, all four citizens crossed numerous treacherous hills and mountains, evading at least five police officers.checkpointThe disease prevention and control team of both Chieu Luu commune (Ky Son district) and Luong Minh commune (Tuong Duong district) was present. At approximately 5:30 PM on the same day, upon arriving at Cha Ca 1 village, Bao Thang commune, they were discovered by the Bao Thang commune disease prevention and control team, requested to fill out a health declaration form, and subsequently placed in centralized quarantine at the Bao Thang commune quarantine facility for health monitoring.
Here, all four citizens admitted that their actions were wrong and violated regulations on disease prevention and control.
