Earlier, at 1:00 AM on June 17th, the Drug Crime Investigation Department conducted an inspection of the Golf Family karaoke bar located at 16 Phu Lo Commune, Soc Son District (Hanoi), managed by Nguyen Cong Khoi (born in 1997, residing in Dan Thuong Commune, Ha Hoa District, Phu Tho Province).
