Lesson 1: C12g of Angelica dahurica, 16g of Cassia seed, 12g of Glycyrrhiza glabra, 16g of Prunella vulgaris, 12g of roasted Cyperus rotundus, 8g of roasted Gardenia jasminoides. Lesson 3:Tianma Goudeng Decoction: 10-12g of Tianma, 12g of Goudeng, 32g of Shijue Ming, 12g of Zhizi, 12g of Huangqin, 12g of Du Zhong, 32g of Sangjisheng, 16g of Yimu, 20g of Yejiao Teng, 16g of Niuxi, 20g of Fushen. Decoction for oral administration.

It has the effect of calming the liver and suppressing yang, relieving wind and pain. If the headache is severe, add 8g of Tribulus terrestris and 8g of Prunella vulgaris; if there is clear liver and kidney yin deficiency, with facial flushing and heat, add 12g of Rehmannia glutinosa and 12g of Phellodendron amurense; if there is restlessness and insomnia, add 12g of Polygala tenuifolia and 8g of Polygala tenuifolia; if there is severe dizziness and vertigo, add 8g of Hematite, 16g of raw Os draconis, and 16g of raw Ostrea gigas.

Lesson 5:Modified Antelope Horn Decoction: Antelope horn 6g, Uncaria rhynchophylla 12g, Mulberry leaves 12g, Fritillaria cirrhosa 10g, Rehmannia glutinosa 16g, Chrysanthemum indicum 12g, Paeonia lactiflora 12g, Glycyrrhiza glabra 4g, Fresh bamboo pith 20g, Poria cocos 12g, Vitex trifolia 10g, Cassia obtusifolia 12g. Decoction for oral administration.
