- Method 2:20g thick-leafed perilla, 3 slices of fresh ginger, crush, filter to get the juice to drink.

- Method 3:10 fresh perilla leaves, 1 lemon (sliced), 1 fresh ginger (sliced), rock sugar or honey to taste. Put all in a bowl, steam, take the syrup in the bowl and drink gradually.

- Method 4:1 handful of perilla leaves (15g), 10g lemon leaves, 5g tangerine peel, 3 slices of fresh ginger, 10g rock sugar. Boil to get water to drink during the day.

- Method 5:20g of thick-leafed perilla, 15g of honeysuckle, 15g of Indian pennywort, 12g of musk, 12g of licorice. Boil the herbs with 600ml of water until 200ml remains, divide into 3 parts, drink during the day.
