Half of people with high blood pressure don't know they have it, because symptoms can be hard to detect, and if left untreated, it increases the risk of heart attack or stroke.
Drink tea
Teas, especially green tea, have certain benefits for the body, except after finishing the main meals of the day.
The reason is that the polyphenols in tea make it difficult for the body to absorb iron from food. At the same time, the acid content in tea also hinders the protein in food.
Take a shower
To digest food well, you need blood to flow to the stomach to stimulate this part to work. If you take a bath right away, the blood will be diverted to the hands and feet. This of course affects the digestion process and even leads to many other health problems. It is best to wait about half an hour after finishing a meal before taking a bath.

Sleep
Sleeping after a full meal puts pressure on the diaphragm and compresses the heart. The remaining undigested food in the stomach will make the body tired and uncomfortable after waking up.

Walk
Many people believe that walking after eating will help with digestion. But that is a misconception. Walking helps burn calories, but doing it right after a full meal can easily lead to acid reflux and prevent digestive juices from absorbing nutrients from food.

Eat fruit
The benefits of fruit to the body are great, but after a full meal, do not eat fruit for dessert as a "traditional" habit. This habit will slow down the digestion of food, and increase pressure on the stomach, making the body uncomfortable. Especially if you eat a lot of fruits rich in tannic acid such as grapes, pomegranates... it will be more harmful to the stomach, even increasing the risk of ulcers.
