1. Provincial People's Council representatives meet with voters.

3. Over 200 gas stations found to be in violation of regulations.

According to a report from the Department of Industry and Trade, in addition to 123 gas stations that have not been granted certificates of eligibility to conduct gasoline business, there are also 102 gas stations that have been granted certificates of eligibility to conduct gasoline business but were constructed without permits.

In response to this situation, the People's Committee of Nghe An province has issued a document requesting districts, cities, and towns to coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade to issue guidelines for gasoline and oil businesses to address existing problems. They are also required to conduct inspections and reviews, submit written reports to the province, and relocate or remove gas stations that fail to rectify these issues.

4. Nghe An promotes tourism in Northeast Thailand.

From November 23rd to 25th, in Udon Thani province, Kingdom of Thailand, the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and the People's Committee of Nghe An province, in coordination with the People's Committees of Thanh Hoa, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien Hue provinces; the Tourism Authority of Thailand; and the Vietnamese Consulate General in Khon Kaen, organized a conference to promote Nghe An tourism in Thailand. The Nghe An delegation was led by Mr. Le Minh Thong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province.

Comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented commemorative gifts to representatives of the Udon Thani provincial government and the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

At the conference, Nghe An province in particular and the North Central provinces in general introduced to tourism managers and businesses from 20 provinces in Northeast Thailand the tourism potential and opportunities for mutual development.

Nghe An province, with its many traditional tourist destinations such as the Kim Lien historical site, Cua Lo beach, and Pu Mat Biosphere Reserve, now has a new tourism product: the Nghia Dan Sunflower Festival, combined with orange orchards, organic vegetable gardens, and Thanh Chuong tea hills.

5Nghe An receives 10 modern environmental monitoring and management devices.

The Coastal Resources for Sustainable Development (CRSD) project, managed by the Agricultural Projects Management Board of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, has provided equipment for environmental monitoring and management. Eight provinces have benefited: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Soc Trang, and Ca Mau.

Horizontal water sampling equipment allows the center to collect water samples from 10-20 meters of nearshore seawater.

Accordingly, the Center for Resource and Environmental Monitoring (Nghe An Department of Natural Resources and Environment) received 10 pieces of equipment for environmental monitoring and management, including benchtop pH meters, microwave sample digestion ovens, total coliform measuring devices, vertical and horizontal water sampling devices, etc. These devices are manufactured in the US and EU, and with these modern devices, the Center for Resource and Environmental Monitoring will be able to better serve the monitoring of the coastal marine environment, especially by being able to collect water samples from 10-20 meters of coastal seawater.
