1. Nice, France

On July 14, 2016, Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel drove a 20-ton truck into hundreds of people in Nice who were gathered to watch fireworks on Independence Day. On October 20, 2014, Martin Rouleau Couture used his car to ram two Canadian soldiers walking in the parking lot of a shopping mall in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec.
