Over the past four years (2011-2015), implementing Decision No. 62/2011/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, the Steering Committee 24 at the provincial and district levels, the Policy Councils at the commune, ward, and town levels, and the Party committees and local authorities throughout the province have surveyed 68,198 cases, of which 52,122 cases have been granted subsidies. This has gradually reduced some of the difficulties faced by policy beneficiaries, contributing to strengthening public support and maintaining political security and social order in the area.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 10 individuals; the Provincial Military Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 11 collectives and 14 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing policies according to Decision No. 62/2011/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.
