Six fishing vessel owners violated Directive 16.
(Baonghean.vn) - In the early morning of September 3rd, while patrolling and inspecting, the Cua Lo - Ben Thuy Port Border Guard Station discovered 6 owners of fishing vessels in the area under social distancing measures according to Directive 16 on COVID-19 prevention and control still going out to sea to fish.

The six vehicle owners are: Le Van Ph (born 1965), permanent residence in Nghi Quang commune, Nghi Loc district; Nguyen Van Tr. (born 1976), permanent residence in Nghi Quang commune, Nghi Loc district; Nguyen Trong T. (born 1974), permanent residence in Nghi Thiet commune, Nghi Loc district; Tran Van Ch. (born 1989), permanent residence in Rong hamlet, Nghi Thiet commune, Nghi Loc district; Nguyen Van Q. (born 1973), permanent residence in Rong hamlet, Nghi Thiet commune, Nghi Loc district; and Nguyen Van T. (born 1979), permanent residence in Rong hamlet, Nghi Thiet commune, Nghi Loc district.
These boat owners are in a zone under lockdown as per Directive 16 on pandemic prevention, but they are still going out to sea to fish.
