Six students were caught illegally manufacturing firecrackers.
The police in Quynh Son commune (Nghe An province) reported that they discovered six eighth-grade students from a junior high school illegally manufacturing firecrackers.

The students admitted to ordering precursors and fuses online, then wrapping them in paper and making firecrackers themselves. During questioning by the police, the students honestly confessed, actively cooperated to clarify the violations, and voluntarily handed over all the materials and homemade firecrackers.
The police seized the following items: 18 firecrackers, 143 homemade firecrackers, 6.8 kg of precursor chemicals, 2 meters of slow-burning fuse… The total weight of gunpowder and homemade firecrackers was 9.25 kg.

The commune police determined that the students were involved in the illegal manufacture of fireworks. However, at the time of the violation, all of them were under 14 years old. Therefore, the commune police provided education and warnings, urging them not to repeat the offense, and simultaneously drew up a report to hand over to their families and schools for enhanced management and education.
