7 'fishermen' were fined for inviting each other to go fishing during the epidemic season
(Baonghean.vn) - On August 29, Hung Son Commune Police, Anh Son District, said that the unit had just advised the local government to issue a decision to administratively sanction 7 cases of inviting each other to go fishing, not complying with regulations on disease prevention and control.

7 citizens went fishing during the epidemic season including: NVL (born in 1997); NV A (born in 1994); NVK (born in 1985); PT (born in 1997); NVH (born in 1998); TVQS (born in 2003) and TVQ (born in 1987). All reside in Hop Tien village, Hung Son commune, Anh Son district.

Pursuant to Point a, Clause 1, Article 12, Decree 117/2020/ND-CP of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the health sector, Hung Son Commune Police advised the local authorities to fine each case 2 million VND for unnecessary going out during the time Anh Son district implemented Directive 16.
