(Baonghean.vn) - On August 29th, the Hung Son Commune Police, Anh Son District, announced that they had advised the local authorities to issue administrative fines to 7 individuals who went fishing together and failed to comply with regulations on disease prevention and control.

On the morning of August 28th, while conducting patrol duties to ensure security, order, and prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the area, the Hung Son Commune Police discovered 7 citizens who werego fishingin the alluvial plain area of ​​the Lam River in Hop Tien village, Hung Son commune.

The seven citizens who went fishing during the pandemic are: NVL (born 1997); NV A (born 1994); NVK (born 1985); PT (born 1997); NVH (born 1998); TVQS (born 2003) and TVQ (born 1987). All reside in Hop Tien village, Hung Son commune, Anh Son district.

Based on Point a, Clause 1, Article 12 of Government Decree 117/2020/ND-CP on administrative penalties in the field of health, the Hung Son Commune Police advised the local authorities to fine each case 2 million VND for going out unnecessarily during the period when Anh Son district was implementing Directive 16.
