Location 1: Hung Vuong - Hang Chao intersection

Note for residents and tourists

The event starts at 6:30 AM on September 2nd, 2025. Viewers should arrive a few hours early to secure a good spot. Public transportation is preferred as roads such as Nguyen Thai Hoc and Kim Ma are closed from the afternoon of September 1st. Shops and restaurants along the roads are also closed.

Intersections like Trang Tien and Kim Ma are prone to congestion due to high traffic volume, and security forces are strictly managing traffic flow. Wheeled vehicles on routes 6 and 7 move quickly, so pay attention to the time.

Outside the city, residents and tourists can view the city's attractions through more than 200 LED screens at the capital's gateways and public areas such as Hoan Kiem Lake, West Lake, and My Dinh Park, along with hundreds of loudspeakers broadcasting the message.
