9X rents a large warehouse to decant 'laughing gas'

Previously, at 8:15 p.m. on March 19, Ha Long City Police inspected a rented room at Group 9, Zone 5, Yet Kieu Ward rented by Cao Van Tung (born in 1992, residing in Group 2, Zone 4, Yet Kieu Ward).

During the inspection, 8 metal cylinders (suspected to contain N20 gas) were found inside. The car with license plate 14C-165.02 parked in front of the rented room contained 30 metal cylinders (suspected to contain N20 gas).

Tung confessed that the goods were N20 gas bought for business purposes. Based on Tung's statement, the authorities inspected two other locations: the warehouse at group 69D, zone 6, Cao Xanh ward, and discovered 12 more metal gas cylinders (suspected to contain N20 gas) and the warehouse at group 19A, zone 3, Ha Khanh ward, and discovered 61 more metal cylinders (suspected to contain N20 gas).

In addition, there is also a gas filling machine and an electronic scale. All of the above goods belong to Tung but do not have legal invoices or documents.

Previously, on the evening of March 19, the authorities inspected a clean ice production workshop at group 7A, area 9B, Bai Chay ward rented by Nguyen Quoc Anh (born 2001, residing in Hong Phong ward, Dong Trieu town) and discovered 39 metal gas cylinders (suspected of containing N20 gas).

Quoc Anh admitted that the goods were N20 gas purchased for business purposes and that all of the goods did not have legal invoices or documents. The Ha Long City Police are currently investigating the case to handle it according to regulations.
