Haunted by garbage in the upper Nam Non

The thick piles of garbage at the upstream of Nam Non River, in My Ly Commune (Ky Son), recorded by Nghe An Newspaper reporters are truly haunting.

Information from the people of My Ly commune, Ky Son district: Recently, the situation of garbage being brought back, densely packed along a long stretch of the Nam Non river has caused serious environmental pollution and affected waterway traffic. According to observations, the garbage collection point is located right at the foot of Nam Non Bridge, on route Km350+384 on National Highway 16, extending about 1.5km downstream.
