Heartwarming program 'Spring on the Border - Deepening the Bond Between Soldiers and Civilians'
On the afternoon of February 27th, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Federation of Youth Associations, in coordination with the Tri Le Border Guard Station, organized a meeting and exchange program titled "Spring on the Border - Deepening the Bond Between Soldiers and Civilians".
The program was organized to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the Border Guard Force's Traditional Day (March 3, 1959 - March 3, 2026) and the 37th anniversary of the National Border Guard Day (March 3, 1989 - March 3, 2026).
At the meeting, delegates reminisced about the glorious traditions of the Border Guard Force – the green-uniformed soldiers at the forefront of the Fatherland, overcoming hardships to safeguard every inch of the sacred land of the country.
On this occasion, representatives of the Provincial Youth Union presented a plaque supporting the "Oath of the Nation" project worth 10 million VND and some meaningful gifts to the Tri Le Border Guard Station; and presented 20 gifts to 20 disadvantaged students in Tri Le commune, encouraging them to continue striving for excellence in their studies.
Following the meeting, a solemn flag-raising ceremony titled "My Fatherland's Border" was held next to the border marker at Tri Le Border Guard Post.
Attending the flag-raising ceremony were representatives from the Provincial Border Guard Command, local authorities, Tri Le Border Guard Station, youth union members, and local students.

The flag-raising ceremony is a meaningful activity aimed at fostering patriotism, national pride, and a sense of responsibility among the youth of Nghe An in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland today.
This is also an opportunity for young people to express their deep affection and gratitude to the generations of ancestors who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union affirmed that the program "Spring on the Border - Deepening the Bond Between the Military and the People" and the flag-raising ceremony "The Border of My Fatherland" aim to affirm the role of the Youth Union and Associations as a reliable bridge between young people and the Party, the State, the armed forces, and the people.
This is also an opportunity to strengthen traditional education, cultivate revolutionary ideals, and help the younger generation deeply understand that protecting the homeland is not the responsibility of any one person, but the shared responsibility of every Vietnamese citizen.
