The program took place on January 22 and 23 in Tam Hop commune, Tuong Duong district - a border commune with 489 households/2,419 people with 5 villages home to 5 ethnic groups: Kinh, Thai, Mong, Tay Poong. Of which, 2 Mong villages account for nearly 50% of the commune's population. People's lives in the commune still have many difficulties. The location of this program is 2 locations including Tam Hop commune health station and the youth village in Huoi Son village. The winding road to the commune, especially the steep dirt road leading to Huoi Son village, with one side being a cliff and the other side being a rocky mountain, still does not shake the spirit of the young volunteers of the youth union.
