On February 15th, India successfully launched a rocket carrying 104 satellites, breaking the record of 37 satellites in a single launch set by Russia in 2014.

Among the 104 satellites, noteworthy is India's high-resolution Earth observation satellite, weighing 714 kg, named Cartosat 2.

There are 101 foreign satellites, including 96 from the United States, while the remaining satellites belong to Israel, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

This marks the second time India has successfully launched multiple satellites into orbit in a single launch.

In June 2015, the country successfully launched 23 satellites into orbit using only one rocket.
