| Speaking with a reporter from Nghe An Newspaper, responsible officials from the neighborhood and the People's Committee of Quang Trung Ward stated that they have regularly disseminated information to relevant households to ensure safety. In addition, each neighborhood has a subcommittee for flood and storm prevention, ready to evacuate residents when there is news of heavy rain and storms, and have prepared ladders, medical equipment, and medicine for emergency response. In the long term, they hope that the investors will soon implement the project to renovate and rebuild the Quang Trung apartment complex as committed to the province; so that residents can have stable lives and the apartment complex will no longer have the "tiger cages" or "bird cages" (illegible structures).
