Eating nuts every day helps extend lifespan.
Just 30 grams of nuts a day could help you live longer, according to a new study.
The Daily Mail cites research from Harvard University (USA) showing that regularly eating nuts (about 30 grams) five or more days a week can help you live longer and have a lower mortality rate from cancer, heart disease, and respiratory diseases.
According to the study, for women, eating just two handfuls of nuts a week can extend lifespan to the same extent as jogging for four hours a week.
