Rufino Aybar, the younger brother of model An Tay, shared information about his sister after a recent visit, stating that she is still healthy and touched by the encouragement from the public.
More than a year after her arrest, model Andrea Aybar (real name Andrea Aybar) has provided the latest updates on her situation through a sharing from her younger brother, Rufino Aybar. He said that he and their father recently visited his sister in prison and that she is still healthy and beautiful.
On her personal page, Rufino Aybar shared that An Tay was very happy and touched to see the father and daughter wearing Christmas shirts with her picture on them. "I am incredibly moved and grateful to hear my husband convey all the words of encouragement from everyone to me. I also asked the father and daughter to send everyone my best wishes for a Merry Christmas," Rufino wrote.

In November 2024, the Ho Chi Minh City Police initiated criminal proceedings and temporarily detained model Andrea Aybar on charges of "Organizing the illegal use of narcotics" and "Illegally possessing narcotics." At the time of her arrest, she admitted her wrongdoing and apologized to her audience.
"I know I made a mistake, and I have some advice for young people: don't try or get involved with illegal substances even once," the model shared after her arrest.

Earlier, at the end of November 2024, Rufino Aybar also apologized to the public on behalf of his sister, stating that the family was going through a difficult time. He hoped that people could objectively assess the responsibility of the individuals involved in the incident.
