Sharing about the difficulties in the journey of "carrying education to the mountains," teacher Hong Hiep said: "The roads here are difficult to travel on; it takes an hour or more each day to drive to this place. Therefore, it is very difficult for any female teacher to endure it."

Besides the difficulties in transportation and school facilities, the teachers of Tri Le 4 Primary School also face many "nots": no electricity, no phone signal, no internet, no health station, no market, no staff housing...

Despite the difficulties, for many years, Tri Le 4 Primary School has never had a case of a teacher abandoning the school, the classroom, or their students. Teacher Hong Hiep said that at the school, there are teachers over 40 years old who are still unmarried, and many have sacrificed their youth for the past 25 years to stay with the students.

"For us, the future of our students is the strongest motivation to overcome all hardships, to love our profession, to love children, and to wholeheartedly dedicate ourselves to the cause of 'nurturing future generations'," teacher Hong Hiep shared.

Quynh Trang shared: “It is the Youth Union and Association activities that provide me with positive and creative energy, helping me to mature and become more confident. As young people, we need to have a positive mindset, study well, train well, and always keep the flame of youth burning to dedicate ourselves fully to our homeland.”

The "Youth Dedicated to the Party" exchange program left a deep impression on all participants. It also served as an opportunity to educate young people about revolutionary ideals, inspire their aspirations for self-cultivation and moral development, encourage them to strive for success in life, and dedicate their youthful energy to building their homeland, proving themselves worthy successors to the glorious cause of the Party.

Immediately after the heartfelt thoughts, concerns, and aspirations of teacher Nguyen Hong Hiep were shared during the exchange session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union decided to support Tri Le 4 Primary School.100 million VND in cashIn coordination with the Provincial Border Guard, they will build a new staff housing unit for teachers, and will also mobilize youth union members throughout the province to focus on a youth project to repair the road from the town to Tri Le 4 Primary School to make it easier for teachers to get to school.
