Impressive Reading Festival in a mountainous district.
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 17th, the Department of Education and Training of Tuong Duong district directed Hoa Binh Town Primary School to organize a Reading Festival with the theme "Books - An Endless Source of Knowledge" to enhance reading culture for staff, teachers, and students.
