Twin brothers in Nghe An province were both admitted to the Party.
Twin brothers Pham Huy Hoang and Pham Hoang Anh (born July 25, 2006), residing in Block 2, Tan Ky town, Tan Ky district, were simultaneously admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam. This event was joyfully shared by cadres, Party members, and people throughout the village and surrounding areas.
Special event
Pham Huy Hoang and Pham Hoang Anh were born on the same day, studied in the same class, and attended the same school. The two brothers also shared many other things: they both took the C03 exam, both were admitted to the People's Police Academy; and most notably, both were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam before enrolling in the People's Police Academy.

Sharing her thoughts on this unprecedented event for the Party Branch, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoi, Secretary of the Party Branch of Block 2, Tan Ky Town, excitedly shared: “Everyone in the block and neighborhood loves and respects these twins. When we heard that both of them passed the entrance exam to the People's Police Academy, everyone was very appreciative and impressed. The fact that these two outstanding young people are being considered for Party membership demonstrates the Party Branch's care, attention, and sense of responsibility. We believe that once they join the police environment, these two young Party members will continue to train, strive, and develop their abilities and qualities well, and soon become full Party members.”
Throughout their high school years, Hoang and Anh consistently honed their knowledge with the aspiration of continuing the family tradition and contributing to national security and maintaining social order (currently, Hoang and Anh's older brother is also in his fourth year at the People's Police Academy). According to the announced entrance exam results, Huy Hoang scored 21.98 points, while Hoang Anh scored 24.88 points.
Inheriting the tradition
Unable to express his joy, Mr. Pham Van Chuoc shared: “I am a former People's Police officer, so I understand this environment very well. Being trained and contributing within the force is sacred. My two children were admitted to the Party before enrolling in the People's Police Academy, and my family and I are very excited and proud. I always remind my children that they already have to strive and train hard in their daily lives, and now that they are young Party members, they must be even more exemplary and strictly abide by discipline and regulations.”

Ms. Nguyen Thi Quy, mother of the twins, shared: “My two children are very diligent in their studies. Now that they have been accepted into their dream school and have joined the Party, my family is very happy. We hope they will be successful and become useful members of society. They have inherited the legacy of their father and older brother. Their parents always advise them to strive, work hard, study, and improve themselves, acquiring valuable knowledge so that they can contribute to building their homeland and country in the future.”
Facing pressure from the reformed exam system, brothers Hoang and Anh studied together using a sensible approach. In class, they both strived to fully grasp the knowledge taught by their teachers, reviewed the material at home to gain a deeper understanding, and dedicated time to doing extra exercises. Besides studying, they are also passionate about sports, especially basketball. They have participated in many local amateur tournaments. They believe that playing sports and maintaining good health will create a strong foundation and physical fitness, helping them cope with the pressure of the new environment.

Their greatest wish after graduation is to go to disadvantaged areas to help their compatriots and to become police officers to protect the peace of the Fatherland.
Teacher Le Khac Thuc - Secretary of the Party Committee and Principal of Tan Ky High School, added: “On this occasion, in addition to Hoang and Anh, Tan Ky High School also has 12 outstanding young students who have just had the honor of joining the Party. This is an important first step in their lives, therefore, the new Party members need to continue to train and strive even harder to contribute to society.”
