(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 16th, the Standing Committee of the Anh Son District Party Committee held a conference to report on the results of the 18th Provincial Party Congress (2015-2020 term).
Attending the conference were former Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the District Party Committee and Chairmen of the District People's Committee from various periods; leaders of the District Party Committee's departments and offices from various periods; members of the District Party Committee; the Standing Committee of the District People's Council; the Chairman of the Fatherland Front; and heads of departments, agencies, mass organizations and secretaries of grassroots Party organizations.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Van Son - Permanent Deputy Secretary - reported on the results of the 18th Provincial Party Congress. He highlighted outstanding achievements in the province's socio-economic fields over the past years: the recognition of the Vi and Giam folk songs; the development of transportation infrastructure; rapid increase in budget revenue; the commissioning of modern hospitals; the revolution in building new rural areas; and the remarkable achievement in poverty reduction (a 3% reduction per year)...
