At the ceremony, leaders of the District Party Committee's Organization Department and the District Department of Internal Affairs announced decisions on personnel matters. Accordingly, Comrade Nguyen Sy Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Hoi Son commune, was appointed Director of the District Cultural, Sports and Communication Center. Comrade Ngo Thi Huyen, Member of the District Party Committee Executive Board and Vice Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee, was appointed to the Executive Board, Standing Committee, and as Secretary of the Hoi Son Commune Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Presenting the appointment decisions, offering congratulatory flowers, and giving speeches assigning tasks, the leaders of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee expressed their hope that in their new positions, the comrades would utilize their abilities and experience, continue to strive, train, and improve their skills in all aspects, build a united and cohesive team, and actively contribute to the fulfillment of political tasks in the locality.
