Mr. Son: Over 100 people participated in the forest fire prevention and control drill.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 27, the Anh Son District Protective Forest Management Board organized a forest fire prevention and control drill for 2017.

More than 100 staff members from the Protective Forest Management Board, the Forest Ranger Station, and residents of Hamlet 9, Tao Son Commune participated in the drill.

In a hypothetical scenario, in Hamlet 9, Tao Son Commune, a forest fire was caused by the carelessness of local residents while working in their fields. Immediately afterward, the local authorities quickly implemented various solutions with the active participation of forces and the people, and the fire was completely extinguished in a short time.

The exercise aims to strengthen propaganda efforts and raise awareness among all levels, sectors, and segments of the population regarding proactive forest fire prevention and control based on the "four on-the-spot" principle.
