Mr. Son: Inspected 253 business establishments.

(Baonghean.vn) - Since the Lunar New Year, Anh Son district has established inspection teams and inspected 253 business establishments to combat commercial fraud, intellectual property violations, and food safety and hygiene issues.

In January 2017, the inspection team conducted checks on business establishments in the town and 13 communes including: Dinh Son, Cam Son, Tuong Son, Hoa Son, Hoi Son, Thach Son, Khai Son, Phuc Son, Long Son, Cao Son, the town, Tao Son and Lang Son.

During the inspection, 25 establishments were found to be in violation. 22 establishments received warnings and reminders, and 8 establishments were fined 2 million VND. A large quantity of goods lacking proper origin documentation, past their expiration date, and failing to meet food safety and hygiene standards were also destroyed.

During this inspection, the team focused on violations related to labeling, origin, counterfeit goods, substandard products, and expiration dates. Simultaneously, they intensified efforts to raise awareness and encourage food production and business establishments to be more responsible, prioritizing product quality to ensure food safety and hygiene.
