PV:2021 was the first year of implementing the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, and Anh Son district achieved positive results; could you please elaborate on the leadership and guidance provided by the district Party committee?

Comrade Nguyen Huu Sang:2021 was a year of great significance, marking the beginning of the 2021-2025 five-year period. The achievements of 2021 not only laid the groundwork and built the necessary material and technical foundation for the following years but also created new momentum and strength for the district.Mr. SonA breakthrough in rapid and sustainable development. With the efforts and high determination of the Party Committee, Government, Fatherland Front, mass organizations, and the consensus of the people, last year the Party Committee and government of Anh Son district led and directed the achievement of important results in all fields.

To date, the district level has issued and implemented 15 out of 18 projects and plans; many grassroots units have basically completed the development and issuance of implementation plans and projects.Resolution of the Party CongressDuring the 2020-2025 term, in addition to promptly addressing difficulties and obstacles for departments, agencies, and businesses, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee organized many working sessions, such as: working with the Party Committee of Song Lam Sugar Company, the Party Committee of Asia Hoa Son Company; the Agriculture sector; the District Party Secretary held 10 working sessions with grassroots Party organizations and 3 meetings between the District Party Secretary and the Party Secretaries of communes and towns; the Standing Deputy District Party Secretary and the Deputy District Party Secretary, Chairman of the District People's Committee, also held many working sessions with localities and units.

Political and ideological education work has always received attention, especially proactive propaganda on preventing and controlling the Covid-19 pandemic. The Party's Resolution of the 13th National Congress and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term have been studied and disseminated to cadres, Party members, and the people. A five-year review of the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2021, of the 12th Politburo was conducted, commending and rewarding exemplary individuals who have studied and followed Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style; and implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the 13th Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the 12th Politburo. A plan titled "Improving the Quality of Political and Ideological Education in the New Situation, 2021-2025 and Beyond" was issued.

Successfully organized the Excellent Speaker and Propagandist Competition. Prepared the content for the 200th anniversary of the name Anh Son (1822 - 2022) and the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Anh Son district (1963 - 2023). The locality also successfully conducted the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term. After the election, the consolidation of positions was carried out in accordance with the law. The effective implementation of Central Resolutions and regulations on Party building and organization continued. The summarization of the Provincial Party Committee's Resolutions and projects on Party building and organization was conducted with high quality. Regulations and rules specifying provincial documents were promptly issued. The rotation, transfer, promotion, and appointment of cadres were carried out synchronously, ensuring adherence to principles, procedures, and regulations. The district issued a plan titled "Development and Improvement of Party Member Quality in the Period 2021-2025". In 2021, 72 training courses on political theory and professional skills were organized for grassroots officials, and nearly 100 new party members were admitted.

Specifically for 2022, Anh Son is determined to achieve the following targets: Total production value (at 2020 constant prices) of VND 7,647.6 billion. Economic growth rate of 11-12%. Economic structure: Agriculture, forestry, and fisheries 31.03%; industry and construction 31.35%; services 37.63%. Average per capita added value of VND 44.5 million/person/year. Total social investment capital exceeding VND 1,896 billion...

In the context of the ongoing risks posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the entire political system continues to prioritize prevention, control, and overcoming the difficulties caused by the disease. Proactive measures are being taken to develop safe, flexible, and effective response plans and solutions to control the pandemic; disease prevention and control are being implemented while maintaining, restoring, and developing production and business, ensuring social security and the livelihoods of the people. Practical and effective support mechanisms, policies, and solutions are being implemented to help people, workers, and businesses overcome difficulties.

Focus on building and strengthening the Party and the political system, with a focus on effectively implementing Resolution No. 4 of the 13th Central Committee.
