Mr. Son has a large amount of land left over for auction.
(Baonghean.vn) - Recently, the land market in Anh Son district has encountered difficulties, and there are still many unsold plots of land.
For example, in Hung Son commune, land has been difficult to sell for a long time. Mr. Hoang Dinh My - Chairman of Hung Son commune People's Committee said that since 2010, this commune has planned 50 plots of land near Hung Son commune stadium for auction, but up to now, there are still 10 plots that have not been sold.
The reason is due to the planning and design process of small plots of land, only 7 meters wide and 24 meters long, while people here are used to living on spacious land.
To resolve the 10 unsold plots of land, Hung Son commune called on children who work far from home and have the means to buy land, at a cheap price of 55 - 60 million VND/plot, but they still cannot sell.

Some communes still have unsold land such as Hoi Son, Hoa Son, Vinh Son. In particular, Cam Son urban area invested by Song Lam Sugarcane Joint Stock Company has an area of 2.1 hectares, in Cam Thang village, Cam Son commune, along National Highway 7, with 105 housing lots; synchronous infrastructure investment and sale since April 2017, but to date only less than 50% of the planned lots have been sold.
Mr. Dang Duy Do - Deputy Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Anh Son district said: From 2015 to 2016, Anh Son district auctioned over 80 plots of land, but up to now there are still 42 plots of land that cannot be sold.
In 2017, the province assigned Anh Son to sell land for 15 billion VND, but it seems difficult to do so, because currently "profitable" land in Anh Son is limited, and people's demand for residential land is not high.
