Apple surprised everyone by quietly introducing the 9.7-inch iPad and, notably, red versions of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. This is an unusual color option never before seen on this product line.

The iPhone 7 and 7 Plus PRODUCT RED (red) versions, apart from the color difference, do not have any additional hardware or feature upgrades.

On its official website, Apple states that the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, named (PRODUCT) RED, were created to celebrate 10 years of collaboration between Apple and (RED) – a fundraising organization supporting AIDS prevention.

The special red versions of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will be available with 128GB and 256GB storage options. The iPhone 7 128GB/256GB will be priced at $749/$849, while the iPhone 7 Plus will cost $869/$969.
Users can now pre-order the red versions of the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus starting today.
Thus, the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus will come in six colors: matte black, glossy black, gold, rose gold, white, and red. Of these, the glossy black and red colors will only be available in 128GB and 256GB versions.
In addition, Apple has doubled the storage capacity for the iPhone SE, selling it at the same price. The iPhone SE is now available in 32GB and 128GB versions, starting at $399.

Apple will begin shipping the red iPhone to customers in the US and over 40 other countries starting in late March, including Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the UK, the UAE, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, India, and Türkiye. Other markets will begin receiving the device in April and May 2017.
