'Arsenal' is the first 18+ movie to hit Vietnamese theaters
The action film starring Nicolas Cage was labeled C18 by the Cinema Department because it contains scenes of violence, drug use, and vulgar language.
Arsenal is the new work of director Steven C. Miller, afterMarauders and Extraction.Belonging to the crime action genre, the film tells about the life events of a pair of brothers.Mikey (Johnathon Schaech) and JP Lindel (Adrian Grenier) as they get involved in the underworld in suburban Mississippi (USA).
The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) rated Arsenal R (restricted to audiences under 17) because it contains many bloody scenes of violence, strong language, and scenes of characters using drugs. According to the Vietnamese distributor, the film was rated 18+ by the domestic Cinema Department and no scenes were cut from the original cut. In addition to Vietnam, the UK is also the country that rated this film 18+.

Born in a slum town, Mikey and JP grew up without parental love.
