Arsenal falls into the hands of American owner Stan Kroenke

The fact that the two billionaires Kroenke (American) and Usmanov (Russian) hold 67% and 30% of shares respectively and do not agree on a football business strategy makes it difficult for Arsenal to develop strongly. Kroenke has been Arsenal's largest shareholder in recent years. He holds 67% of the club's shares through KSE and has the power to decide at Emirates. Owner Usmanov is the second largest shareholder with 30%, the remaining shareholders only hold 3%.

Of course, that's why Russian owner Usmanov has no power at the London club. Last May, the Russian billionaire made a £1 billion offer to buy Kroenke's shares but was rejected.

The inability of the two billionaires to cooperate with each other caused Arsenal to fall into a deadlock and eventually coach Wenger parted ways with Arsenal after 22 years of association.
