Asus Pad confirms launch date in India: Tandem OLED display and 4nm chip.
The Asus Pad (T3201) tablet, featuring a premium dual-layer OLED display and a Dimensity 8300 processor, will be officially launched on August 6th.
Following its initial introduction at Computex 2026, Asus has officially confirmed the launch date of the Asus Pad tablet (model number T3201) in India. The event is scheduled for 12 noon (local time) on August 6, 2026. This device is attracting attention due to its combination of advanced display technology and powerful performance in a slim and lightweight design.

Breakthrough dual-layer OLED display technology
The most important highlight of the Asus Pad is its 12.2-inch dual-stack tandem OLED display. This technical solution maximizes brightness and extends the lifespan of organic diodes, overcoming the inherent drawbacks of traditional OLED panels. The screen boasts a resolution of 2800 x 1840 pixels, a 3:2 aspect ratio optimized for work, and a high refresh rate of 144Hz.
Hardware configuration and storage capacity
In terms of processing power, Asus equips the device with the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chip, an octa-core processor manufactured using a modern 4nm process, offering a good balance between performance and power efficiency. The device comes with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM, along with two internal storage options: 128GB and 256GB. Users can also expand storage up to an additional 1TB via a microSD card slot.
