The new generation Q5 is imported as a complete unit from Audi AG's newest and largest factory located in Mexico.

Audi's official distributor has brought the new generation Q5 to the Vietnamese market, featuring significant upgrades in technology and equipment.

In the luxury car market, Audi is perhaps the brand that least often creates exterior redesigns for its latest models. This is also why, when viewed overall, even though it's a completely new generation, the Q5's design is immediately recognizable.

This generation of the Q5 is larger than its predecessor in every respect. The car has an overall length of 4,660 mm, a width of 1,890 mm, a height of 1,660 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,820 mm. However, the German automaker mainly expanded the lower half of the car, while the upper half remained largely unchanged.

A particularly noteworthy feature of the new Q5 is the German automaker's use of a combination of lightweight materials in its construction. As a result, the car has a total weight of 1,720 kg, a reduction of 125 kg compared to its predecessor.

The increased size naturally results in a more spacious interior for the Q5. The car is equipped with a Bang & Olufsen sound system with 3D sound, and a 3-zone automatic climate control system with an activated carbon air filter that absorbs odors and filters dust.

The standard 3-spoke leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel integrates paddle shifters. The front seats are electrically adjustable with lumbar support and air inflation. The interior features an ambient lighting system with 30 different colors.

The car uses a 2.0 TFSI engine paired with a 7-speed S tronic automatic transmission. It has a maximum power output of 252 horsepower and a maximum torque of 370 Nm, an increase of 22 horsepower compared to the previous generation. The new Q5 can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.3 seconds.

In the Vietnamese market, the Q5 is available in two versions: a sport version and a design version, with retail prices starting from 2 billion VND depending on the equipment. In addition, Audi AG has also designed a limited-edition APEC version specifically for the Vietnamese market.
