Three people disposed of their colleague's body in the sea.

On September 6th, the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Police arrested and detained Do Quanh Binh and Nguyen Van Sinh (both 18 years old, from Binh Dinh province) for investigation into their alleged crimes.Killingand Xdesecrating the corpsePham Hieu (25 years old, from Binh Dinh province) has been charged with the following offense:Violation of corpsesbut was released on bail.

According to the investigation, more than a month ago, a fishing boat from Binh Dinh, captained by Hieu, was fishing in the waters off Ba Ria - Vung Tau. Binh and Sinh saw Mr. Le Van Long (50 years old, from Long Dien district) not working, so they beat him, grabbed him by the collar, dragged him to the side of the boat, and pushed him into the sea. Mr. Long was rescued by other crew members.

Early the next morning, when the victim said he was too tired to participate in fishing, Sinh pushed him into the sea a second time. Mr. Long was pulled up, taken to the cabin to rest, and died shortly afterward.

After agreeing to let Binh and Sinh dispose of the body at sea, Hieu used a radio to send a false report to other ships that a crew member had fallen overboard and gone missing.

When the ship docked in Vung Tau City to sell seafood, some other crew members went to the police to report a crime.
